The International Compendium hits $6,800,000, daily hero challenge unlocked

The International Compendium has hit $6,800,000, hitting the target required for the Daily Hero Challenge to be unlocked. For those not good with numbers, this is 6.8 million dollars raised for the prizepool of The International 4, which will be held this coming July.

Unlocking the Daily Hero Challenge, Valve will release this compendium feature soon and players will be able to earn 25 compendium points a day, by playing a hero selected daily by Valve especially for Dota 2 players.

This compendium reward will allow players to earn more points daily, and thus level up their compendium to unlock their rewards without puchasing the points. Coming just after the hidden 'Techies Unusual Taunt' stretch goal which was an easter egg by Valve, this reward is an indication for the next heroes to be released.

The next reward to be unlocked is the 'Alternate Voice' pack, which allows users to change the voice pack, and will be awarded when it has been recoreded, and the prize target reached.
